On the latest episode of Spectrum News 1’s prime-time series, LA Stories, host Giselle Fernandez sits down with California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.
As California’s “top cop,” Becerra has filed nearly 50 lawsuits against the Trump administration for what he calls “attempts to violate Californian’s constitutional rights and well-being.”
Becerra speaks to Giselle at length about the need for these lawsuits and the other big issues he’s working on for Californians, including: safety, immigration, environmental protections, sex trafficking, and housing.
Becerra, the son of Mexican immigrants, also shares his parents’ path to achieving their American dream.
